About Us

From Saigon to New York, the flavors of Vietnam are popping up at 5ive Spice Vietnamese Eatery. Here, you'll find your favorites pho, bun, and banh mi and Vietnamese snacks and beverages, plus some more innovative dishes, like the Banh Xeo, tacos made with a coconut rice crepe and stuffed with your choice of braised short ribs, lemongrass pork chops, beer-battered fish or vegan Soy Protein.

We also cater and you can find us at pop-up fairs and events. 5ive Spice is ready to serve lower Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, so stop by their restaurants or invite them to pop up at your next event!

Vietnamese cuisine encompasses the foods and beverages of Vietnam, and features a combination of five fundamental tastes (Vietnamese: ngũ vị) in overall meals.

Each Vietnamese dish has a distinctive flavor which reflects one or more of these elements. Common ingredients include shrimp paste, fish sauce, bean sauce, rice, fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables.
